Everyone expects the teenager to storm off and sulk. But it’s probably a good idea to keep an eye on said teenager if it’s Seren. She tends to have things like knives, the ability to use them, and very little patience. And really, for all that Seren’s put everyone through, it’s hard to blame them for any reluctance to go after her. At some point, you just have to let people make their own mistakes, right?
This page also sees the return of two of our cameos! Elf Jules Rivera gets to do more standing around and looking at things seriously while Elf Gustav Carlson is still trying to recover from his experience with Seren. If you’d like to see some character design work Caroline did for both of them, including the Elf mage outfit, it’s all on the art blog! So go check that out.
I know we’re still picking up new readers lately, so this is your usual reminder that you have a great many options on how to catch up on Of Stars and Swords! First and simplest, it’s all here on the website! The sidebar buttons that link to the start of each issues, so it’s easy to jump to where you need to be if you’ve started reading from somewhere else or just want to keep your place! Also, you can get ALL of the completed Issues, 0-4, on Comixology, optimized for tablet and phone reading through their app! If you prefer a DRM-free PDF, you can get that from our Gumroad store, which is also set up on a pay what you want system (with a minimum price).
And, while we don’t have comments active here on the site, you can always find us on the Facebook page or on Twitter. All of the links for those are on the sidebar as well and we’re always around and keeping an eye on those things!
